Can anyone give me advice on a career path?

Hi, I'm 19 years old, 3.8 GPA through students secondary, except for senior year. Very good with my hands, has won numerous awards for my talent in art, love cooking and Art, long after making and sculpture to photography, I was very confused because I do all 4. My second year Junior year and I thought I'd be a programmer or digital FX to become an animator for Disney. But I thought about becoming a nurse and work Delivery / OBGYN since I grew up not having much. I am really confused and need advice from (preferably) of people who have experienced jobs in these areas. One of my life dreams is to own a restaurant but more will be more later in life. Anything will help, thank you.

FOLLOW YOUR DREAM! You certainly have these gifts for a reason. Everyone is not gifted enough not enjoy not only making art, sculpture, photography and cooking, but do it well! Do not distract you for a income because the trust that when you walk in your calling, you will succeed! Say you go after your dream of owning a restaurant is May not be easy but you have plenty to work in your favor. Your creativity may be what separates your restaurant one in the street. Displays of sculptures and artwork, photography can only give your customers an all round experience that they could not get any How old Applebee's. You also have the assurance that if you're talented and your kitchen is great then people will come, if nothing else, they want Artsy unique experience. You might even get another artist to pay to exhibit their work in the restaurant or perhaps sell exhibitions artistic home. The sky is the limit! You want to enjoy it and I just saw a special on a restaurant owner from Miami who has was not only to open his second restaurant, but was well in six-figure salary. So why not enjoy your work while making the income. Your next step is to investigate what it takes to open a restaurant. Do not let others tell you to live your dream and your donations. Some people look to down on schools like culinary arts, but that is because they have lost that many leaders wanted to make BIG money. So with that said Perhaps you might consider going to school to be a leader and maximizing your other gifts to put in your restaurant to make unique. Do not waste your time or money and become OBGYN if your heart is not in it, because God will definitely provide for you if you enlarge the gifts that He has placed inside of you to start.
